Why OEM Bertazzoni Parts Are Non-Negotiable

Bertazzoni appliances are designed as systems. The RTD temperature probe in a Professional Series oven is calibrated to the resistance curve that Bertazzoni's control board firmware expects. A generic substitute with a slightly different resistance-temperature relationship produces an oven that reads accurate on a meter but bakes incorrectly in practice. The same principle holds for control boards, gas valves, igniters, and the door gasket profiles on Bertazzoni's built-in column refrigerators — which use compression seals dimensioned specifically for Bertazzoni's column cabinet geometry.

Aftermarket parts are widely available for Bertazzoni appliances. In our experience, they introduce fitment problems and callback repairs at a rate that makes them a false economy. We source exclusively from Bertazzoni North America and carry a standing stock of the most frequently requested components.

Parts We Stock and Source

The following components represent the highest-volume parts requests we handle. Stocked items are typically available for same-week repair; sourced items are ordered direct from Bertazzoni North America with current lead times communicated at the time of order.

• Igniters: Spark igniters for surface burners and glow-bar igniters for oven burners across Professional, Master, Heritage, and Italia Series range models. Igniters are among the most common wear items across the Bertazzoni range lineup.
• RTD temperature probes: Oven temperature sensor probes for all current Bertazzoni oven configurations. Replacement includes a post-installation calibration check — a probe swap without recalibration does not fully restore oven accuracy.
• Control boards: Main control boards and display boards for Professional, Master, and Heritage Series models. Board availability varies by generation — we verify fitment from the appliance's full model and serial number before ordering.
• Drain pumps: DW24PR and DW24XT drain pump assemblies sourced to the ASKO-platform specification. These are direct-fit ASKO-platform components, not generic equivalents.
• Door gaskets: Oven door gaskets, dishwasher door gaskets, and the compression door seals for built-in column refrigerators and freezers. Bertazzoni column door seals are not interchangeable with other manufacturers' column units.
• Vetroceramic cooktop glass: Replacement glass surfaces for Master Series Vetroceramic induction cooktops. Surface replacement requires precise alignment of the induction coil array beneath the glass — this is a technician-installed part, not a field self-install.

Warranty Claim Support

Bertazzoni's factory warranty covers parts and labor for qualifying failures within the warranty period, but the claim process requires documentation — diagnostic findings, part numbers, and in some cases photographic evidence of the failed component. We handle that paperwork and liaise with Bertazzoni North America on your behalf. If your appliance is within the warranty window and you haven't yet opened a claim, that conversation should happen before any repair work begins.
